The highest point of Netherlands isn't a classical peak, it just so happens that one can go uphill  Southeast until the border and the hill continues on the other side. The highpoint actually coincides with the point where the borders of Netherlands, Germany and Belgium meet, and many things at the location celebrate this fact.

The observation tower. It costs 2 euros to go in, plus 2 euros to use the elevator.
